IZA Business Centers opened its doors to the first executives and their companies on July 4, 1994, the GIA Tower building. Such was the success that by 1997 IZA Business Centers already had 6 floors, with over 113 offices.
In subsequent years began preparations for the construction of what would be the most ambitious project of corporate: IZA BC Miravalle. The operations which began in July 2001, offering the best location and a modern design in over 100 offices, meeting rooms and in the auditorium.
In the same month in which Miravalle opened its doors, IZA BC gets the opportunity to open alongside a new location in which confirms its leadership in Monterrey opening more than 20 offices in the tallest building in Nuevo Leon, IZA BC Valley Middle Tower CNCI , Known as "Hanging building."
Later in September 2003, Torre Alestra The building becomes the new option for the executive offices of Monterrey, because with the advent of the floor 3 BC IZA provides a new air of modernity into the building.
By the end of January 2005 IZA BC is ready to incorporate its services nearly 100 more offices located on floors 17 and 18 of Tower building CNCI.
In May 2006 began operations on 6 valley floor east with 50 additional offices, as well as the entire apartment 5 conditioning and designed exclusively for one of the largest banks in the world.
In March 2008 he joined the 11th floor of Tower Gia with 30 offices, with a term of office for "entrepreneurs" for young entrepreneurs who are starting with your business.
In April 2008 was inaugurated O2, with 60 offices and 3 boardrooms, in a luxurious location in a pioneering project one of the most innovative centres for the new concept of bringing together in one place a shopping mall with high-level shops, hotel, gym, departments type lofts and business centre in charge of IZA BC, all with a modern architectural design.
In June 2008 opens its doors IZA BC Calzada del Valle, with over 150 offices, 6 boardrooms and a room telepresence and with a level of commercial premises and another devoted to offices equipped and ready for use.
On that same month of June, IZA Business Centers went on an out of town venture, opening its first business center outside of Monterrey, at the Platino Tower in Tijuana, Baja California, on the prestigious Rio Zone. Strategically placing its clients at a vantage point to make business with our neighboring country, the USA.
Later that year, in November, IZA Business Center Santa Maria opened. With a green-building concept, located on Boulevard Diaz Ordaz, with fast and easy access. Placed amid banks and transnational companies, IZA Business Center Santa Maria offers 100 fully equipped offices and more than seven meeting room choices that are ready to use.
On December 2008, IZA Business Centers shows ongoing interest in growing by adding two new floors in Torre Avalanz, in Valle Oriente, making it a total of 6 floors with an offer of over 200 offices.
By February 2009, IZA Business Centers, set apart by always being business forward, opened its first elite business center, exclusive concept that combines the highest level of comfort, design, security and customer service. IZA Business Centers Elite Equus offers 75 exclusive offices and meeting rooms, prestigiously located in one of the top corporate areas in the city.
